By creating an account or using Mossie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Mossie, including lesson plans, assessments, documents, and other materials. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

License to Use Your Content

By using Mossie, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This includes storing, displaying, and using your content to generate outputs as you request. We do not use your content to train machine learning models.

Mossie's Intellectual Property

The Mossie service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mossie and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.

6. Generated Content

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is"

Mossie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mossie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

11. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mossie regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
